BRINGING A DRUG TO MARKET

WHAT IS

A CLINICAL

TRIAL?

New tests and treatments aren’t offered to the public as soon as they’re made, they need to be studied.  A clinical trial is a type of research that studies a test or treatment given to people. When tests and treatments are found to be safe and helpful, they may become tomorrow’s standard of care.

Testing of the drug on about 50 healthy volunteers for safety; involves testing

multiple doses. This determines whether the drug is safe to check for efficacy.

PHASE 2

Testing of the drug on 100 - 300 patients to assess efficacy and side effects. This test determines whether a drug can have any efficacy; at this point, the drug is not presumed to have any therapeutic effect whatsoever.

the refinery is always right

The referee is always right- AGREE OR DISAGREE
 Can have a favourite team

 Making mistakes on calls

The referee need to be skilled to tell people what’s happening they might not be skilled

In my opinion I disagree that the referee is not always right and are people too. By the end of this piece of writing you should feel the same way as I do.

The referee can have a favourite team because someone they know is in that team or someone related to that person is in that team. This has happened with the all blacks in australia, the australia referee will pick favourites and say the all blacks are doing it wrong. The referee is not always right because the ref would say a touch when it wasn't a touch. Sometimes the referee will say the ball touched the ground but it barely missed because they’re not close enough to the ball to tell, so they will miss calls or not say anything. This has happened when i was playing touch in 2019 it happened to the other team and it caused an argument between the coach and the other team. The referee miscalled and then handed it to my team. The referee isn’t always right. The referee has to be skilled in order to call otherwise if there was a missed call they would make the game dumb and boring. The referee needs to be skilled to make it fun and interesting. I strongly disagree that the referee is always right.
